Mentor Story

Mentor-ship is a relationship in which a more experienced person or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced person or less knowledgeable person. It is a learning and development partnership between someone with vast experience and someone who wants to learn and really passionate person. Who is struggling and try to find ways of success. Mentor-ship support in career guidance, role modeling, and guideline for progress in work space.

The person in my life, I think is behind me, and all of my the achievements are my mother. She is very nice and polite and hardworking, caring lady, she always encourages me. When I was in primary I don’t want to learn, and very poor in a study, she told me different stories and fairy tails. Which change my mind and I want to learn. She walks about 2 Km two times a day for me to go to school.

When I grow up she and my father died, She did not force me to to do work but help and encourage me to study hard. Now from many years, I’m the only son who goes to study. (Elder sister complete study 3 years ago). She awakes early in the morning and makes breakfast only for me. And give me all things which people suppose to have if their father is alive. This helps me to understand how much impotent my study is.She guided me which is right path and which is the wrong path. I think without her wisdom I won’t be able to an Engineer.
