Learning How to Learn

Learning is an essential part of life. It is what sets humans apart from zombies. World is changing very fast and needs people with knowledge and a drive to learn and excel. In order to keep up with the pace of the world, it is necessary to keep learning and improving.

Since learning is a vital part of life, it is equally important that we know how to learn better especially when you are a student. There are a lot of techniques and tools for better learning and internet is bristling with hundreds of ideas. One way can be to recognize and mitigate our challenges to learning. Everybody is different and ways of learning and challenges are different. It is the need of the individual to analyze and overcome those challenges.

I myself have found mine by self-analysis and by the extensive academic schedule of university. The two biggest challenges I face are ‘Procrastination’ and ‘Burnout’. I mostly find myself slithering to a giving up point and my passions fading away like a smoke cloud. But when I start performing my tasks, it becomes difficult for me when tasks are piled up and I feel that I wouldn't be able to catch up all of them.

These were some of the most useful tools I found intriguing and shared. I have downloaded POMODORO app on my laptop and plan to use mobile’s timer as well for that because it is my life and no one’s going to change it for me. I have found my source of motivation that will be stirring up my passion in the need of time. I recommend every reader to find his way towards better learning so that self-improvement can be taken to next step. For learning is growth.
