Breastfeeding or Bottle Feeding? How Do You Decide

The age-old discussion: breast V bottle. If you ask me, there is only one right answer. That answer? Whatever method works for you and your baby is the only “right” way for you!

As a certified breastfeeding nurse, I certainly support breastfeeding. It’s a wonderful way to feed your new baby and create a bonding experience. However, I do think we need to stop shaming women who can’t or choose not to breastfeed. In this newsletter, we lay out the pros and cons to breast v bottle.

As you can see, there are pros and cons to both types of infant feeding. Only you and your baby know what will work for the two of you. Stay true to your goals, your feelings, and don’t let others shame you for the choice you make.
